Pandemic restrictions severely impacted the Second Chance Program, which offers counseling and life skills training to teens and young men in detention centers or jail. Unable to visit or have personal contact with those in the program, staff and volunteers tried to keep contact via online tools with those who had been released by judges to their homes or to youth homes.
