Sujitha Sudarvizhi Jeyapul is a sister of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary from southern India. She received both undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer applications at the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary college in Chennai, and after final vows was missioned to the Ghana/Liberia Province in Africa. Currently she ministers in a girls' high school in Ghana, assisting in the library, teaching information and communication technologies and catechism and doing pastoral visits on the weekend.

Despite challenges, being a missionary is a grace

I told myself that all adversities, inconveniences and insecurities of life are to be entrusted to God. By the power of God, I was strengthened to adjust, adapt and integrate into this new environment.

Bloom where you are planted

It is not easy to live the quote "bloom where you are planted," but there is hope in the gradual practice that leads to "fully blooming" life. My religious experiences helped me to bloom entirely for God.
