Soli Salgado is the Latin American correspondent  for Global Sisters Report. She joined the NCR team as a Bertelsen intern in 2015. Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Wichita, Kansas, she graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 with degrees in journalism, English literature and Spanish. She's reported from 13 countries for GSR and NCR and has received several Catholic Press Awards. Big loves include drawing, yoga, reading, planning trips, and presidential history.
