With foreign donation license denied, Missionaries of Charity ration food

The Missionaries of Charity have had to strictly rationing the food and daily use items for their regular 600 beneficiaries at their motherhouse and Shishu Bhavan, a children's orphanage since Christmas after the government did not approve its license to receive foreign contributions.
