Mary Bernard Wiecezak is a sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth. A native of Brooklyn, New York, she has experienced a variety of ministries, teaching students in grades 3-12 and at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. As a member of the English Division of the Vatican Secretariat of State, she was responsible for answering communication addressed to Pope John Paul II and taught English as a Second Language to the Vatican Swiss Guards in Rome, Italy, as well as to Polish members of her congregation in Nazareth, Israel. She currently lives in Monroe, Connecticut.

My lifelong journey to adventure

I took my perpetual vows in 1968. My adventures as a sister took  me from Brooklyn to the Vatican and places between. The rewards have been beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
