Marilyn Wussler is a School Sister of Notre Dame from St. Louis, Missouri. After 19 years as an educator in elementary and secondary school and college, a graduate degree in psychology and training in systems therapy led to 30 years as a psychotherapist, specializing in recovery from sexual abuse and in loss and grief work. Later she added training in spiritual direction, beginning a ministry in giving retreats and in spiritual direction. Wussler is now retired and does various kinds of service in her community.
