Isabel Mann is Sister of St. Louis from Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. She is a trained nurse, a veteran formator, a seasoned facilitator and a spiritual director. She holds a master of arts in pastoral studies from Washington Theological Union and a certificate in spirituality from the Institute of Theology and Philosophy in Dublin, Ireland. She has held numerous leadership roles with the Sisters of St. Louis.

In Africa, dance is a declaration of life's delights

For us Africans, dance is as important in life as eating and breathing. It is a complete and independent language. It comes naturally to us; we are born into it and live it, as we are taught the meaning of dance steps and the drumming that goes with it.
