Hellen Anthony Bandiho is a member of the Sisters of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, based in Bukoba,Tanzania. She serves as secretary general of the Association of Consecrated Women in Eastern and Central Africa (ACWECA), a regional organization of the national associations of sisters from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Sudan, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. She obtained her master's degree in business administration from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, and her doctorate in educational leadership from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh. She served at St. Augustine University of Tanzania as an educator and administrator for many years.
