Eileen Sizer is a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas. Having enjoyed teaching elementary school children for 20 years, she began a ministry accompanying and learning from people challenged by homelessness in Philadelphia.

My homeless community teaches me to pray
Prayer has been built into my life for as long as I can remember. Most recently, through my ministry with women and men who experience homelessness, I have learned more than I could ever imagine.
